There are currently no rooms available on floor -1.

The basement is accessible for the bikes through a sloping access on the left of the building. The entrance door is equipped with a badge system.

• There is a large private bicycle shed for 64 cycling.
• There is a storage room for the rubbish bin with the necessary containers for cardboard, glass, pmd and residual waste.
• There need to be sorted with garbage bags of the city of Ghent for pmd and residual waste.
• 
Also in the basement there is a mini laundry equipped with two washing machines and a dryer which works with a coin system.



Through the elevator and the stairs the other floors are accessible.
